This website is operated by Jean-Charles Garrivet. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jean-Charles Garrivet and the Little Big World Fine Art store.

By visiting this website and/or purchasing an artwork from this store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers and collectors.

Artworks and Products

The artworks available on this store are limited fine art prints created by Jean-Charles Garrivet as part of the Little Big World series.

Each artwork is produced on demand after purchase.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, artworks are sold as unframed and unmounted fine art paper prints.

Frame, mounting, glass, Dibond, acrylic, canvas, wood support or any other presentation support are not included in the standard artwork price.

Collectors are free to frame or mount the print locally according to their interior, country and personal preference.

Product details, including size, paper, edition, price, certificate information and production conditions, are described on each product page.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each limited edition print is authenticated with a digital certificate of authenticity issued by Jean-Charles Garrivet and sent by email after purchase.

The certificate may include the artwork title, edition number, format, buyer name, purchase date and other relevant artwork details.

The print itself is not physically signed unless clearly stated on the product page or agreed separately before production.

Orders and Production

After an order is placed, we may review production and shipping details before printing begins.

Because each artwork is made on demand, production begins only after the order has been reviewed and payment has been received and confirmed.

If production conditions, destination details, shipping requirements or delivery terms need to be confirmed separately, the buyer may be contacted before production starts.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or modified, except in the case of confirmed damage or production defect.

Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in the currency displayed on the store.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed and confirmed before production begins.

For manual payment methods, including bank transfer or PayPal invoice, production will only begin after payment has been received and confirmed.

Any bank transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, PayPal processing fees or receiving bank charges, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed before payment.

Shipping

Fine art shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout depending on the collector’s location and available shipping zone.

Shipping and handling fees may include professional preparation, protective packaging and delivery of the unframed fine art print.

All 60 x 60 cm fine art paper prints are shipped unframed and unmounted in a protective tube.

Shipping conditions may vary depending on the buyer’s location, production partner, delivery country and artwork specifications.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays and production location.

International Orders, Taxes and Customs

For selected DDP destinations, import duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Current DDP destinations available through the store are:

Canada
Australia
Switzerland
Norway

For these destinations, when a DDP shipping rate is displayed at checkout, import duties and taxes are included in that shipping rate.

All other available destinations should be considered non-DDP unless clearly stated otherwise.

For non-DDP destinations, local import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or courier handling fees may be charged before delivery. These charges remain the responsibility of the buyer unless duties and taxes are explicitly included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

If a parcel is delayed because of customs procedures, courier processing, local import requirements or carrier delays, this does not constitute a reason for refund once production has started.

If a parcel is refused by the buyer, or if required local charges are not paid where applicable, the order cannot be refunded once production has started.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

As each print is produced on demand, returns are not accepted once production has started, except in the case of confirmed damage or production defect.

Please do not return any artwork without prior written approval.

If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email. Depending on the situation, the return address may be the production partner’s address or another address provided for that specific case.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any return shipping costs, customs charges, courier handling fees or related costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, the buyer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and the artwork.

If the buyer notices a possible production defect, they must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually. If the damage or defect is confirmed, a replacement or appropriate solution will be discussed.

Color and Print Variation

Fine art prints may show slight differences in tone, contrast, texture or brightness compared to images viewed on a screen.

This can depend on screen calibration, paper type, printing process and viewing conditions.

Such natural differences are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, texts, designs, photographs, product descriptions and visual content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Jean-Charles Garrivet unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

The buyer may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, resell, publish or commercially exploit any artwork or image without written permission from Jean-Charles Garrivet.

Limited Editions

Limited edition artworks are produced in a defined number of prints.

Edition numbers are managed by Jean-Charles Garrivet.

A digital certificate of authenticity is issued after purchase to confirm the artwork and edition details.

Availability

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, discontinue artworks, modify product details or remove products from the store at any time.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in price, product information, shipping conditions, payment processing, production availability or delivery feasibility.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate product information, descriptions and images.

However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is always complete, current or error-free.

If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we may contact the buyer to confirm, modify or cancel the order before production begins.

Use of the Website

You agree not to use this website or its content for any unlawful purpose.

You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation or integrity of the website.

Third-Party Services

This store may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, printing, production, shipping or other operational needs.

These third parties may have their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, the purchase of an artwork, shipping delays, customs procedures, carrier delays, payment delays, third-party service issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
