Shipping Policy

Little Big World artworks are produced on demand as unframed and unmounted fine art collector prints.

Each order is personally reviewed before production.

Production

Each print is produced by a professional fine art printing partner. Depending on the delivery country, production may take place in the UK, the USA or the European Union.

Production is usually completed within 2 to 5 working days before dispatch. Delivery time then depends on the destination country and shipping service.

Packaging

All 60 x 60 cm fine art paper prints are shipped unframed and unmounted in a protective tube.

Frame and mounting are not included. This allows collectors to choose their own framing style locally, according to their interior, country and personal preference.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated according to the delivery country selected at checkout.

For selected DDP destinations, import duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

For other destinations, local import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or courier handling fees may be charged before delivery. These charges remain the responsibility of the collector unless duties and taxes are explicitly included in the shipping rate at checkout.

DDP destinations

For selected countries, orders may be shipped using DDP, Delivered Duty Paid. This means that import duties and taxes are prepaid before delivery when supported by the destination country and our fulfilment partner.

Current DDP destinations available through the store may include:

Canada
Australia
Switzerland
Norway

If a DDP shipping rate is displayed at checkout, import duties and taxes are included in that shipping rate.

Non-DDP destinations

For destinations where DDP is not available, the courier or local customs authority may contact the collector before delivery to request payment of import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or courier handling fees.

These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping rate unless clearly stated at checkout.

Europe, United Kingdom and United States

For selected destinations in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States, production may be handled locally or regionally by the printing partner where available. This helps simplify fulfilment and reduce unnecessary international shipping complexity.

Shipping availability

Shipping is only available to the countries listed at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering. We may be able to review a specific shipping option manually.

Cambodia orders

For Cambodia-based collectors, orders are handled directly whenever possible.

This allows local production, local finishing and local delivery options to be reviewed before confirmation, in order to avoid unnecessary international shipping costs, customs clearance fees and import duties.

Collectors based in Cambodia should contact us before ordering.

Tracking

Once the order has been produced and dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.

Refused parcels and unpaid customs charges

If a parcel is refused, or if required duties, taxes or customs charges are not paid by the collector, the parcel may be returned to the production partner where possible.

As each print is produced on demand, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and artwork. Each case will be reviewed with the production and shipping partner.
