Return and Refund Policy
Each artwork sold on this store is produced on demand as an unframed and unmounted fine art collector print.
For this reason, orders are handled individually and cannot be treated like standard retail products.
Product Format
Unless clearly stated otherwise, artworks are sold as fine art paper prints only.
Frame, mounting, glass, Dibond, acrylic, canvas, wood support or any other presentation support are not included in the standard artwork price.
This allows each collector to choose their own framing or mounting solution locally, according to their interior, country and personal preference.
Order Review Before Production
After an order is placed, the production and shipping details may be reviewed before printing begins.
Each order is personally reviewed before production.
If production conditions, destination details, shipping requirements or delivery terms need to be confirmed separately, the buyer will be contacted before production starts.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production has started.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or modified, as each artwork is made specifically for the buyer.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for made-to-order fine art prints, except in the case of confirmed damage or production defect.
Each print is produced specifically for the buyer, based on the selected artwork, format and production specifications.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If you notice a possible production defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
Order number
Clear photos of the damaged packaging
Clear photos of the damaged or defective artwork
A short description of the issue
Each case will be reviewed individually. If the damage or defect is confirmed, a replacement or appropriate solution will be discussed.
Color and Print Variation
Fine art prints may show slight differences in tone, contrast, texture or brightness compared to images viewed on a screen.
This is normal and can depend on screen calibration, paper type, printing process and viewing conditions.
Such natural differences are not considered defects.
Shipping Issues
Fine art shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout depending on the collector’s location and available shipping zone.
Shipping and handling fees may include professional preparation, protective packaging and delivery of the unframed fine art print.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays and production location.
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, local taxes or additional charges may apply depending on the buyer’s country.
These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Unsigned Prints and Certificate of Authenticity
Prints are not physically signed unless clearly stated on the product page.
Each artwork is authenticated with a digital certificate of authenticity issued by Jean-Charles Garrivet and sent by email after purchase.
